Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Every image ordered through this site is unique and sold as previewed. This means that unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or a cancellation once the order has been accepted. However this does not affect your statutory rights.

Payments
All prices are inclusive are correct at the time of entering the information onto our database. The total cost of your order is the price of products ordered.

By placing an order, you confirm that the image requested contains an image of your vehicle. If you are not the owner, we are unable to sell the image to you.
(Naturally, this does not apply to scenic images).

By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is your own, or is being used with full authorisation of the card holder.

All credit card transactions must comply with the Terms and Conditions as set out by PayPal. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your order.

All credit and debit card holders will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to PayPal we will not be able to process your order, nor will we be liable for any delay or non-delivery of product(s) as a result.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into contracts under English law you must:

- Be 18 or over years of age
- Possess a valid credit or debit card
- Process your purchase via PayPal

However, if you are under the age of 18 or not in possession of a credit card, we also accept personal UK account cheques (payable to Driving Adventures Limited). The production process only starts once cleared funds are accepted. Please contact us for details of payments via cheque.

Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time. We may refuse to process any transaction for any reason or refuse service to you at our sole discretion.

Product Specification
Driving Adventures Limited makes every effort to supply the goods as shown/advertised on our website, but reserves the right to supply goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications. Please Note: COLOUR AND APPEARANCE OF IMAGES MAY VARY SLIGHTLY FROM THE WAY THEY APPEAR ON THE SCREEN.

Acceptance
By placing an order with Driving Adventures Limited you agree fully to our terms and conditions. By placing your order you agree to indemnify Driving Adventures Limited and keep Driving Adventures Limited indemnified against any claims, liabilities, losses and expenses arising out of any misuse of an images supplied to or from Driving Adventures Limited.
