How Our Guided Tours Operate

The object of the exercise for us, is to ensure our tour customers travel through many miles of unfamiliar terrain with as little navigational stress as possible. 

We achieve this by:

- Running a lead / support vehicle to assist people on route with any issues along the journey e.g. major diversion, breakdown etc.

- Putting in each car a fully pre programmed Sat Nav GPS system with routes on a menu – just select which day you’re on and drive!

- Putting in each car a long range two way radio to allow communication throughout the group while on route.

- Planning all the lunch stops (loaded into Sat Nav)

- Planning all the fuel stops (loaded into Sat Nav)

- Providing a tour bespoke information pack 


Lunches (Not included in the package price unless specified)
In order to enjoy as much flexibility in the day as required depending on weather conditions, road works or any other variable factors, we generally do not book any prearranged lunches. However, we will have a list of recommended places to eat at each of the locations we intend to stop in. 

Evening Meals (Not included in the package price unless specified)
We do not operate a regimented system dictating where and when you should eat your evening meal. Generally, all hotels we book have their own restaurants. As with the lunch stops, we will have a list of recommendations for you to choose from in the local area or you can simply go off and explore for yourself.
