The marketing, sale and performance of package holidays sold or offered for sale in the United Kingdom are regulated by The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 (SI 1992 No 3288).

The regulations apply to anyone who organises package holidays whether for business or club purposes.

The regulations set out clear guidelines to ensure that consumers deposits are fully protected in case the operator goes into liquidation before the tour takes place. In order to give this assurance, consumers deposits must be held in an independently administered Trust Bank Account. Only after the tour has taken place can those monies held in the Trust Account be paid to the tour operator. 

Driving Adventures adhere to these regulations by having all monies received from consumers paid into a Trust account administered by an independent third party. These are then only released to us after the tour ensuring that your money is never at risk.

We are a data controller and in order to process your booking we need to collect from you certain personal information which we in turn need to pass to certain third party suppliers such as hotels. We will in no way pass your details on to any other third party which isn't required in order to process your booking. 

Unless you request otherwise we will hold your details on file in order to inform you of any future tours which we feel may be of interest to you.
