TERMS AND CONDITIONS
STORE ORDERS
Orders are typically shipped within 7-10 working days of receipt and sent by First Class mail, however, if we are on away on a tour, items may take longer, but you will be advised of any delay.
Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will advise you. If a delay is anticipated, your remaining order will ship with a notice of delay, and we will ship the outstanding goods at no extra cost when we receive them.
Orders for delivery outside
of the UK, will require additional
postage to that shown. Please
contact us for details or place your
order and we will advise of the
extra charges.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
We check all our products to ensure that they are shipped in new condition.
However, we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of any damaged or defective items to arrange an exchange or refund. Requests received outside of this 7 days, may not be possible, and will be at the discretion of Driving Adventures.
For ‘damaged in transit items’, it is advisable to contact your local post office.
LOST ITEMS
If you do not receive your item after 28 days, please contact us with your FULL name and postal address, any email confirmation received.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail, but we will do our best to assist you. A ‘Proof of Posting’ receipt will be held on file.
LEGAL MATTERS
If we suspect that a credit card is being used fraudulently, we will forward the details to the relevant authorities for their action. We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone attempting to obtain goods without the intention of paying for them or through other fraudulent means.
We also reserve the right to take legal action against anyone making unauthorized copies of any goods obtained from the company.
